Tap Truck 510 is proud to cruise around in their sweet vintage vehicle providing brews and cocktails for all in the greater 510 area code – from Fremont, Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley, Alameda, Piedmont, Fremont, Hayward, San Leandro, Hercules, & more! This vintage 1959 Chevrolet Apache truck is completely restored to a time that was much simpler than what we know now. She is a stunning vintage mobile bar that is truly redefining your event experience.
Standing next to our vintage beauty will make you forget what time period you’re in. Some of Tap Truck 510’s favorite drinks to pour are locally crafted blonde brews and cocktails! She is locked and loaded with 5 flowing taps and ready to take your party to the next level! Your guests will be sure to walk away saying “I love beer” just as much as we do!

Tap Truck 510 was born out of love for serving others and enjoying life! Owners Scott Fairbanks and Max Vargas are the dynamic duo that’s taking the East Bay by storm one pour at a time!
After a jaw-dropping 18 years in the catering and events business, Scott took his game to the next level in 2023 with Tap Truck 510. As the mastermind behind the stylish details and unbeatable service, Scott is all about making every event pop. Through every drink served, he swears by his motto: “Never hand a guest a problem”.
Keeping in tune with Scott’s words, Max is all about maxing the gears turn seamlessly as Tap Truck 510’s logistics and organization guru! He is the tech wizard who’s all about using digital tools and processes to make life a breeze for clients!

We roll up to your event with a classic truck and serve the absolute best craft beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages the 510 area has to offer…right out of the side of it!
There’s no place too classy and none too casual. From 50 guests to 500, you invite ‘em, we’ll serve ‘em!
Pricing
Your final quote will depend on your event, headcount and type of beverage. Lucy includes a custom built bar, custom menu, 2 TAP-tenders, general and liquor liability, cups and ice are included in your custom quote.
Truck Rental
Truck rental is per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. Your truck rental fee will depend on type of event.
